Some important Dig IT booking information

There is no place like Dig IT to celebrate your
birthday.  Dig IT is designed to provide
an all-inclusive and hassle-free celebration for your child's special day.
Included in the experience is access to our mini excavator park, where kids can
enjoy an action-packed adventure of digging, scooping, and maneuvering mini
excavators. We provide hard hats and high-visibility vests for each guest to
enhance the theme and mood and our experienced instructors ensure a safe and
enjoyable experience for everyone.

Our Dig IT party package is jam packed with exciting
inclusions to make your child's birthday celebration truly special. As part of
the package, you'll receive official Dig IT invitations to set the tone for the
adventure. The fun continues with our Dig IT Wrecking Ball Pinata, filled with
lollies supplied by you to delight the young excavators. To make the birthday
digger feel like a VIP, they'll receive a special birthday badge. And for
keepsakes, the birthday digger will be provided with High Vis Vests and Hard
Hats to take home—a wonderful way to remember the day's adventure.

But that's not all—exclusive use of the party zone is
included after your session, allowing you to continue the celebration with
family and friends in a relaxed and shaded setting. It's a complete package
that promises excitement, and memorable moments for your child and their
friends.

Is there an age restriction/limit

Everyone can have fun at Dig IT, there is no age restrictions.  Kids under 5 can still be in the drivers seat, but will have to operate the excavators on the lap of a parent or guardian, with their assistance and guidance.  Please note that there is no charge for the guardian.  Other family and friends are also more than welcome to each session, infact its encouraged.  Please note that there is no charge to observe.

Waivers

After completing your booking you will receive an email containing an online waiver one week prior to your arrival.  Please ensure that this is filled out for all participants, aswell as any parent or guardian that will be assisting the kids.  This includes kids over 5 that still might require a little bit of help at the beginning.

Arriving to your Session

We request all guests arrive at least 30 mins prior to their session.  This will ensure that there is ample time to check in and receive all of the kids work gear, ready for the safety induction to start on time.  If a participant arrives late for their scheduled session time, Dig IT will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the participant in the next available session that day. Please note that this may not be possible.
